How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on every US order with no minimum spend. Expedited options, when available, are shown at checkout.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days, and you receive tracking by email as soon as your order is in transit.

Where do you ship from and to?

We ship from Boston, Massachusetts to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally yet.

You have 15 days from delivery to request a return on unused items in their original packaging. Faulty or incorrect items ship back free of charge.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
